A FORM 5 STUDENTS PRODUCTION

ALUMNOS DE 5º AÑO DE PRIMARIA IUA CONOCEN A LOS GRANDES MAESTROS Y COMPARTEN SUS HISTORIAS

Además de trabajar en Ciencias, Lengua y Gramática, guiados por su Profesora Carola Ravecca Jones, los alumnos de 5º año de Primaria comenzaron dos proyectos en Inglés: uno acerca de Pintores y otro acerca de Músicos.

En el primero encontraron pintores modernos, clásicos, impresionistas, pintores uruguayos… y descubrieron novedades, como el hecho de que Torres García colaboró en la creación de los vitrales de la Sagrada Familia de Gaudí. También trabajaron con música, donde descubrieron que toda la música es un lenguaje universal.

Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Gaudí, Gauguin, Figari, Dalí, Torres García, son algunos de los artistas sobre cuya vida investigaron los niños, quienes inspirados por estos grandes maestros también crearon sus propias obras.

Para todos nosotros fue un placer hacer este trabajo con los chicos, quienes a pesar de algunos pequeños detalles, lograron aprender, descubrir, compartir y vivir tan linda experiencia. Es por esto que mostramos su espontaneidad tal y como es.

FORM 5 IUA STUDENTS MEET THE GREAT MASTERS AND SHARE THEIR INSPIRING STORIES

Besides working on Science, Language and Grammar, under the guidance of their teacher Carola Ravecca Jones, the 5th Form Primary students carried out two projects: one about Painters and the other about Musicians.

In the first one, they found out about modern, classical, impressionist and Uruguayan painters… and they discovered novelties, such as the fact that Torres García collaborated in the creation of the stained glass windows of Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia. They also learned about music and they discovered that it is a universal language.

Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Gaudí, Gauguin, Figari, Dalí, Torres García, are some of the artists whose lives the students investigated and inspired by those great masters the kids also created their own artworks.

It was a pleasure for all of us to walk along this project with the children, who, despite some small details, managed to learn, discover, share and live such a beautiful experience. This is why we show its spontaneity as it is.
